Talk About It Tuesday

Today was our first "Talk About It Tuesday." As  part of our positive behavior, anti-bullying program, we have implemented something we are calling "Talk About It Tuesday." Each Tuesday, at lunch, the students will be sitting in different seats. The groups were set up randomly. Our groups are comprised of first and second graders. The students sit in their group for the day and get the chance to meet new people. The "families" that we sit with will change once a quarter. We will also sit with our families once a quarter at Mass. The school social worker, Mrs. Tuttle, coordinates the Talk About It Tuesday. Each week, the students will have a different topic of conversation and different questions to ask. The kids seemed to have a great time today and loved being able to sit with different people.
